Retail Volunteers

We have retail volunteer opportunities within all our retail shops, with locations across the county in Boston, Bourne, Horncastle, Louth, Spalding and Wisbech. These shops rely on the dedication of our volunteers, ensuring they can be open six days per week, Monday – Saturday, 9:00am – 4:00pm.

As a retail volunteer your role can be varied and include sorting and categorising new incoming stock, filling shelves on the shop floor, or helping our in-store customers.

​

You will be given opportunities to develop your retail working skills and gain experience in a real-life retail setting. This can help develop your employability skills as well as help you gain meaningful connections within the industry. Not only this but volunteering is also highly regarded by many future employers.

​

It doesn’t necessarily have to be about development and progression, volunteering in our retail stores is also a fantastic way of ‘giving back’ and supporting The Butterfly Hospice Trust in providing for the local community.
