At the Butterfly Hospice, we are blessed with support across the county, from families who wish to give back to the hospice following the death of a loved one to companies who support us as part of their social responsibility, or who choose us as their charity of the year.
There are sports clubs who tirelessly raise funds for the Hospice, year after year, along with individuals who bake cakes, host events and some who even jump out of airplanes for us.
Without the support of our ever-extending family of supporters, the Butterfly Hospice would not be able to provide the service we deliver, ensuring those who spend some of their last days with us can make every lived day the best it can be.
Supporting is often thought to be best achieved by giving money and of course, this is valuable, and we are very thankful, but in these difficult times, it should be remembered that supporting a charity can take many forms.
If you’re not able to support us financially we would be delighted if you could support us in other ways.
We are always looking for budding gardeners to support us in keeping our gardens tidy, volunteers to work in our retail stores or you could simply like and share our posts on social media.
We would like to say thank you to all our volunteers and supporters. You are as individuals a part of the Butterfly family. Your generosity to us is priceless and makes a huge difference to all whom we care for.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we look forward to seeing you all again in the New Year.
The heart that gives, gathers – Tao te Ching.
