The awards, which are organised by Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS), celebrate the outstanding delivery of care that their staff and volunteers make, recognising the huge impact on the communities in which they serve.

Through this recognition, it emphasises the high-quality care and service offered by the nursing team here at the Butterfly Hospice, highlighting their dedication to improving the quality of life for patients facing a life-limiting illness by providing choice, care and support 24 hours a day.

The initial nomination for the People’s Award was submitted by a patient at the hospice who said, they were amazed at the reception they received when they arrived.
