This handcrafted art feature provides a way of capturing your memories within it branches and is available to visit within our reception area, as well as being viewed by our patients, staff, volunteers and visitors.

Your contribution not only provides you with a way of remembering that special someone, but also helps the hospice continue to provide care, free of charge to all our patients.

To purchase your memorial plaque please complete the online order form including your message for engraving. Once your plaque has been received, you will be invited in to come and see it in place upon the Memory Tree in The Butterfly Hospice.
